David M. Frank is a PhD candidate in the department of philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin (USA), where he is also a member of the Biodiversity and Biocultural Conservation Laboratory. His research interests lie within the philosophy of biology, philosophy of the social sciences, and environmental philosophy. His dissertation examines potential normative roles for decision theory and game theory in biodiversity conservation.
